About Us

BM Enterprises Limited is a New Zealand private company operated by Brian and
Marion Andrews as a home-based enterprise. Our primary focus is the design and
manufacture of custom-built furniture for special needs children and adults within the
education system and home environment.

We have 8 years of experience in providing customised equipment across a broad spectrum of users in kindergartens, primary and intermediate schools, secondary and tertiary institutions, technology classes, university and private assessment clinics, visual and hearing impaired facilities, special needs schools and their satellite units, children’s hospitals and general hospitals, residential facilities, church playgroups, music therapy and students learning by correspondence lessons. Our equipment is sourced by the Ministry of Education (Group Special Education), Health Funding Authorities, Ministry of Health, Accident Compensation and private users throughout New Zealand.

The equipment is manufactured to specifications provided by qualified occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech language therapists and visiting neurotherapists. A request for a non-standard item will be made into a practical and functional appliance suited to the client and caregiver. All items (unless specified fixed) are height and growth adjustable, which means extended service life for the end-user. Equipment is mainly manually operated, however we also offer electrically height adjustable desks if required.

Customer and client satisfaction are of the utmost importance. The standard guarantee of 12 months applies to all our produced items.
